What we clear

Before you clear a tenant's belongings

If a tenant has left items behind, it's worth confirming your position before disposal — generally that means contacting the tenant with a reasonable deadline to collect their things, keeping a written record, and checking your tenancy agreement alongside the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. This isn't legal advice; if a case is contentious, check with a solicitor or your letting agent first. Once you're clear to proceed, we handle the physical clearance and legal disposal.
