What items do you take?

General household rubbish, furniture, white goods, garden waste, office equipment, and trade waste from small clearances. We also handle house clearances and garden waste removal. We cannot take hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, medical waste). Mention any unusual items when you call.

Do I need to bag everything up first?

No. We can carry items from inside the property, the yard, or through the back lane on terraced streets. Bagging small loose waste helps speed things up, but we are used to clearing rooms as-is, including lofts, sheds, and yards.

Do you do house clearances and probate work?

Yes. We handle full and part clearances for house sales, landlord voids, downsizing, and probate situations. We work efficiently and respectfully. You do not need everything sorted before we arrive, though it helps to flag anything that must be kept.

Where does the waste go?

Everything goes through licenced waste carriers to registered disposal or recycling facilities. We aim to recycle and donate usable items where we can. Licence details are available on request.
