Terms of Use

Terms governing use of this website and enquiry service for rubbish removal in Newcastle, Gateshead and Tyne and Wear.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at newcastlerubbishremoval.com and the enquiry services offered through it. By using this website, calling the number shown, or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Newcastle Rubbish Removal, a service-area business operating in Newcastle, Gateshead and Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom. This website is a local enquiry service. When you call or submit a form, we respond to your enquiry and may connect you with a licensed trade partner who quotes and carries out clearance work.

Contact: 07426 748278 or privacy@newcastlerubbishremoval.com.

What this website provides

This website provides information about rubbish removal and related clearance services in the Newcastle and Gateshead area, and a way to request quotes by phone or online form.

  • General information about services, coverage areas, and typical jobs
  • Telephone enquiry handling at the number displayed on the site
  • Online quote request forms forwarded to us for response
  • Introduction to a trade partner who can confirm price and carry out the physical clearance

We do not guarantee that a slot, price, or specific outcome is available until confirmed on the phone or by the trade partner carrying out the work.

Quotes and booking

  • Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Prices depend on volume, waste type, access, and location. A fixed price is agreed before loading begins.
  • Online forms are not a confirmed booking. Submitting a form or leaving a message does not create a contract for clearance work. We or our trade partner will contact you to confirm details, availability, and price.
  • Same-day and urgent slots are subject to availability. Calling before noon on weekdays or Saturday gives the best chance of a same-day visit, but we cannot guarantee every request can be met the same day.
  • You must provide accurate information about what needs clearing, property access, parking, and any hazards (for example asbestos, sharps, or chemicals). Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the quote or our ability to complete the job.
  • Cancellation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

Trade partners and the clearance contract

The physical clearance work is carried out by a licensed trade partner, not by this website alone. When you agree a price and booking time, your contract for the clearance is with that trade partner. They are responsible for loading, transport, and disposal in line with UK waste regulations.

We facilitate the enquiry and introduction. Questions about how work was performed on site, damage claims, or waste transfer notes for completed jobs should be raised with the partner who attended, and with us if you need help reaching them.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure you have the right to dispose of the items or waste being cleared (for example, you own them or have the landlord's or executor's authority).
  • We do not remove asbestos, clinical waste, unidentified chemicals, or other specialist-licensed hazardous materials. These are out of scope and require a licensed specialist.
  • Provide safe access to the property and a clear description of what must stay.
  • Be present or arrange access at the agreed time unless otherwise agreed.

Website use

  • You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries only.
  • Do not misuse the quote forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false or abusive messages.
  • Content on this website (text, layout, branding) is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • We may update, suspend, or withdraw pages without notice.

Calls and recordings

Calls to the number on this website may be recorded. You will hear a short automated notice before your call is connected. Recordings are used for quality, training, and dispute resolution as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • This website and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the site, unavailable slots, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim relating to use of this enquiry service (not including the separate clearance contract with the trade partner) is limited to £100, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent trade partners beyond our role in handling your enquiry, except as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law where applicable.
